Rishi was invited from the UK to present Rabindrasangeet at the Vishwa Bangla Sammelan in Nagpur.
In a first of its kind event, the city organised a World Bengali Convention from June 26 to 28 at Deshpande hall to promote the rich and glorious heritage and also to preserve the Bengali culture.
The three-day event saw 70 Bengali and non-Bengali artists give presentation in art, literature, poetry, music and dance.
